Positions Available Section Strings Season The St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra season begins in August and concludes with the Lemonade Concert in late June. The orchestra performs a preview concert, four subscription concerts, two educational concerts, and a pops concert. Additional performances may be added during a season. Compensation Orchestra musicians are paid on a per-service basis. Compensation is $20 for principal musicians and $12 for section musicians per service. An additional $10 travel stipend per service will be added for musicians traveling over 30 miles. Winning candidates must meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States or be able, at the candidate’s expense, to meet all eligibility requirements no later than the date upon which services would commence.
